We help kids make physical fitness part of a healthy life. Better fitness builds healthier kids, who make better choices, earn better grades and perform better in other sports. Our gymnasts build confidence, and practice working toward a goal. Fitness doesn’t just happen, it’s built from success and good experiences gained from consistent exercise.

Our teachers here at CCC strive to teach your children the sport of gymnastics in a safe and positive learning atmosphere. It is important to all of us that your child leaves happy and proud of their accomplishments. No matter how much time they spend at CCC, these experiences are lessons your kids will take with them throughout their lives.

CCC promotes fitness and its benefits. Benefits include relieving stress, building confidence, being more attentive and focused in school, strengthening bones, muscles and joints, and sleeping better at night.

Don’t force your kids into sports. I never was. To this day, my dad has never asked me to go play golf. I ask him. It’s the child’s desire to play that matters, not the parent’s desire to have the child play. Have fun.
